Industrial High-Temperature Microporous Insulation
DARQ Microporous Insulation Board is a rigid high-performance thermal insulation material engineered for extreme industrial temperature environments up to 1000°C and 1100°C (grade dependent). It delivers ultra-low thermal conductivity while reducing overall insulation thickness compared to conventional materials such as calcium silicate and ceramic fiber boards.
Designed for furnace linings, petrochemical units, power plants, and high-temperature process equipment, this board enables compact insulation systems with improved energy efficiency.
Key Performance Features
• Classification temperature up to 1000°C / 1100°C • Thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/mK at 200°C • Reduced heat loss and improved surface temperature control • High compressive strength for structural stability • Lower heat storage compared to conventional insulation • Space-saving insulation design for industrial systems
Typical Industrial Applications
• Industrial furnaces and kilns • Reformer heaters • Petrochemical and refinery equipment • Power generation systems • High-temperature reactors and vessels • Passive fire protection systems
Why Microporous Instead of Conventional Insulation?
Microporous insulation achieves significantly lower thermal conductivity at reduced thickness compared to calcium silicate and mineral fiber insulation. This allows engineers to design thinner insulation systems while maintaining required temperature control and safety standards.
Engineering-Based Supply
DARQ provides application-driven insulation selection and thickness recommendations based on operating temperature and system design requirements. Project-based quotation and technical consultation are available.
